Quality Control Coordinator/Administrator


ANGLE is a world leading and growing liquid biopsy company that develops products for use in rare cell diagnostics that enable early, accurate identification of an individual’s condition for the prevention, treatment, and monitoring of disease.

We are looking for a Quality Control Coordinator/Administrator to join our friendly team. You will be responsible for providing day to day support to our quality function and will carry out routine quality related auditing and administrative tasks, generating reports to support our ANGLE Quality Management System.

We would love to hear from you if you have previous experience in a similar role. We would also welcome applications from Science or Engineering graduates who have some experience in audit and/or compliance work.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Daily administration of the Company’s QMS, including document control and records management
  • Assist in creating draft instructions, documents and templates
  • Work with the Quality Manager to support and deliver the internal ANGLE audit program
  • Updating records on the server, CRM and SharePoint as per ANGLE requirements and procedures
  • Assist in conducting second level initial and periodic supplier evaluations
  • Undertake actions related to addressing issues raised in open CAPAs and defect reports
  • Assist in developing and running statistical reports
  • Support overall company compliance with the QMS Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Attributes:
  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel (intermediate level and above)
  • Experience of using a CRM system such as Zoho is highly desirable
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong team player with excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Possess a flexible, can-do approach to the requirements of the job
  • A degree in a technical or numerical subject, or any subject requiring accuracy would be an advantage
  • A working knowledge of statistics and statistical analysis techniques would be desirable
  • Due to the nature of the role, our requirement is for this position to be Guildford based, with flexibility to work shift patterns if required.
