This is an exciting time at ANGLE and our quality team in Guildford are looking for a Quality Systems Coordinator to provide day to day administrative support to maintain ANGLE’s Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Assist in the creation, integration, development, and revision of controlled electronic/software information
  • Daily administration of the Company’s QMS such as reviewing and updating documents/records on the server, CRM, and SharePoint as per ANGLE’s document management procedure
  • Work with the Quality Manager to support and deliver the internal ANGLE audit program
  • Assist in conducting second level initial and periodic supplier evaluations
  • Undertake actions related to addressing issues raised in open CAPAs and defect reports
  • Assist in developing and running statistical reports
  • Basic programming
  • Support overall company compliance with the QMS
  • Provide logistics and operations support as required
  • Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Experience in similar roles working within ISO13485 medical device management systems
  • Experience of using a CRM system such as ZOHO
  • Programming/scripting experience of at least one language, preferably deluge, desirable
  • Systems minded logical thinker with strong analytical, communication and evaluation skills
  • Experience in statistical process control
  • Degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • An eye for detail and commitment to high quality data
  • A flexible, can-do approach to the requirements of the job

Due to the nature of the role, our requirement is for this position to be Guildford based, office hours, five days per week.
