Sinéad is an experience finance professional with over 30 years in the field. Currently serving as the Deputy Finance Director at ANGLE plc, she is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the company's finance, HR, and facilities functions.
Sinéad holds a B.Comm from the University College Cork and began her career at Arthur Andersen’s Accounting and Business Advisory Division in London. During her five-year tenure there, she obtained her Chartered Accountant qualification. Following this, she joined CSC Index, a renowned International Strategic Consultancy, where she served as the European Financial Controller.
In 1999, Sinéad joined ANGLE, initially providing essential support to the finance and administrative functions. Over the years, she has played a vital role in conducting comprehensive financial reviews of the group’s internal operations and has been instrumental in developing robust business plans, budgets, and financial models. Her expertise also extends to providing financial support for client-related consulting projects. Additionally, Sinéad has actively managed the finances of venture spin-out companies and played a crucial role in facilitating the Alternative Investment Market listing in 2004. Since 2018, she has taken on the additional responsibility of overseeing ANGLE’s Finance, HR, and Facilities departments, including high-level financial reviews and reporting, financial modelling, taxation, and strategic work.
